The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin Hotel

The hotel is perfectly located right opposite the Potsdamer Platz station, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms fitted with marble and his and hers sinks. The service is impeccable, with friendly staff and a turn-down service. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a variety of options from freshly made omelettes and pancakes to a buffet-style continental breakfast. The hotel also has a small pool and a steam room.

It is disappointing that the hotel does not have a spa or beauty rooms, especially for guests looking to indulge in some pampering before a long journey home.

The concierge, Alex, went above and beyond to make our stay special. He gave us great recommendations for things to do in Berlin. The front desk staff, specifically Anna, greeted us with warm smiles after a long journey. The bar service, provided by Caterina, was exceptional. The hotel is in a prime location, near the Potsdamer platz station and several restaurants. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin for its excellent service and convenient location.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the room was equipped with exclusive advantages, such as a private spa lounge and in-room breakfast. the restaurant had a variety of special diet menus and packed lunches available. the spa and wellness center had various services, including sauna, steam room, massage, and heated swimming pool. the location advantages were perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions.

the drinks and snacks were excellent, but the staff took longer than expected to fulfill our orders.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The design of the place is superb, and it was a pleasure to come home each day to such an opulent environment. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. When we arrived, our room was not yet ready, but the client services manager went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She offered us complimentary beverages in the bar area until our room was ready, and later on, she sent us an apologetic note and a bottle of German wine as a token of her apology. This made our welcome very special. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. The location was also great, as it was near shopping areas and restaurants. Additionally, breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise.

The rooms are modern and clean, with luxurious amenities. The service is excellent, with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The room was very comfortable and in great condition following a recent refurbishment. the hotel is ideally situated close to all the visitor sites and has excellent transport links.

The value for money is poor, especially considering the premium prices. the restaurant offered only pub-food and lacked communication and services.

Although the overall service was impeccable, there was a minor issue with one of the spa lounge staff. They appeared to be a bit forgetful and took a while to refill the drinks when requested.
